Sarah is addicted to sugar and hasn't seen a dentist since her early teens; bulimic Gemma has seen her teeth rot from constant vomiting; and brother and sister Paul and Genna have been petrified of the dentist since childhood.

Series in which nutritionist Natalie Savona helps improve people's diets, while psychological coach Benjamin Fry tries to find the underlying reasons behind their addiction to bad food. Kevin Johnson is an international businessman who survives on a diet that consists mainly of salt and vinegar crisps and cheese and tomato pizza. If Kevin tries anything new he is physically sick, but unless he changes his ways he risks serious health problems.
